- 1:1 Mentorship & Consultations – booked through third-party platforms (Topmate, Google Forms, Calendly).
The specific deliverables, timelines, and scope of work for service engagements will be defined in a separate agreement, proposal, or onboarding document provided to you prior to commencement of work.
2. Eligibility
By using this Website and purchasing my services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are legally capable of entering into a binding contract. If you are purchasing on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
3. Payments
Payments for services and digital products are processed securely via Razorpay or other designated payment methods. All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. International clients may be charged in INR, and applicable currency conversion rates will be applied by your bank or payment provider.
- Full payment or an agreed advance must be received before work commences, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- For recurring retainer engagements, payments are due at the start of each billing cycle.
- Any applicable taxes (including GST, if applicable) are the client’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, you receive a license to use the content or deliverables created for you for the agreed purpose. Unless expressly stated in writing, all intellectual property rights (including copyright) in the work remain with me until full payment is received.
All original content on this Website — including blog posts, copy, images, program materials, and course content — is my intellectual property and may not be reproduced, distributed, or repurposed without prior written permission.
5. Confidentiality
I treat all information shared by clients as confidential. I will not disclose any sensitive business information, strategies, or data to third parties without your consent, except where required by law. Likewise, I ask that clients keep the terms of our engagement, including pricing, confidential.
6. Client Responsibilities
To enable timely delivery of services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and timely information, briefs, and feedback as requested.
- Respond to communications within a reasonable timeframe (typically 3 business days).
- Ensure that any materials you provide (logos, images, data, etc.) do not infringe upon third-party rights.
Delays caused by late client input may result in revised timelines at my discretion.
7. Revisions and Scope Changes
The number of revisions included in any engagement will be specified in the project agreement or proposal. Requests beyond the agreed scope may be subject to additional charges, which will be communicated and agreed upon in advance.
8. Limitation of Liability
I strive to deliver high-quality work; however, I cannot guarantee specific results such as search engine rankings, traffic volumes, or revenue outcomes. My liability in connection with any service engagement is limited to the fees paid by you for that specific engagement.
I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of my services or this Website.
9. Third-Party Platforms
Bookings, payments, and program registrations may be facilitated through third-party platforms such as Razorpay, Topmate, Calendly, and Google Forms. Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies, and I am not responsible for their operation or data practices.
