This policy applies to all services, digital programs, mentorship engagements, and consultations offered by Aastha Kochar through aasthakochar.com.
Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase or entering into a service engagement. By completing a payment on this Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below.
All sales are final. Aastha Kochar does not offer cancellations or refunds on any services, digital products, or programs once a payment has been made.
1. No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of the services and digital products offered — including content strategy, SEO writing, LinkedIn branding, the Freelance Success Launchpad, the Freelance Blogging Launchpad, 1:1 mentorship, and consultations — all payments are non-refundable once processed.
This applies regardless of:
- Whether the service, program, or course content has been fully utilized or accessed.
- A change of mind or shift in business priorities after payment.
- Dissatisfaction with outcomes, as results depend on several external factors beyond my control — including search engine algorithm changes, market conditions, and the client’s own implementation efforts.
When you enroll in any program or engage my services, it is mutually understood that you have signed up of your own free will, with full awareness that the implementation of strategies and materials is your sole responsibility. I will provide the agreed deliverables and support; however, results cannot be guaranteed.
2. No Cancellation Policy
Once a service engagement, program enrollment, or consultation booking has been confirmed and payment received, it cannot be cancelled for a refund. For ongoing retainer engagements, the terms of termination will be specified in the individual service agreement between both parties.
3. Digital Products & Programs
All digital products, course materials, and program content (including but not limited to the Freelance Success Launchpad and Freelance Blogging Launchpad) are delivered electronically. Since access is granted immediately or shortly after payment, no refunds will be issued once access has been provided.
You should receive your login or access details within 24 hours of purchase. In case of unexpected technical errors preventing access, please write to writetoaasthakochar@gmail.com and the issue will be resolved promptly.
4. Consultations & Mentorship Sessions
Paid consultation and mentorship sessions booked via Topmate, Calendly, or any other platform are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, please reach out at least 24 hours in advance to explore rescheduling. Rescheduling is at my sole discretion and is not guaranteed.
5. Immediate Access Revocation — Grounds for Termination Without Refund
Access to any program, course, or digital product may be immediately revoked without notice and without refund in any of the following circumstances:
- Content theft or unauthorized reproduction: Copying, reproducing, repurposing, or distributing any part of the program materials, course content, templates, frameworks, or other intellectual property — whether for personal use, business use, client work, or public sharing — without prior written permission.
- Sharing login credentials: Sharing your account access, login details, or program materials with any third party. Each purchase is for individual use only and is non-transferable.
- Reselling or redistribution: Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing any program content or materials in any form, whether free or paid.
- Fraudulent activity: Any form of fraudulent behavior related to purchases, chargebacks filed without legitimate basis, or misrepresentation.
- Disrespectful conduct: Verbal abuse, harassment, or disrespectful behavior directed at me or any community members associated with my programs.
- Inappropriate behavior: Any conduct deemed inappropriate or disruptive to the community environment, including but not limited to unsolicited promotional messages or spam within program communities.
In all such cases, access will be terminated immediately with no refund issued. Where applicable, legal action may be pursued for intellectual property infringement or fraud.
6. Duplicate or Erroneous Payments
If you have been charged more than once for the same transaction, or if an incorrect amount has been debited due to a technical error, please contact me immediately at writetoaasthakochar@gmail.com with your payment details and transaction ID. Verified cases will be refunded within 7–10 business days.
7. Payment Failures
In the event of a payment failure where your account has been debited but the transaction was not confirmed, the amount will typically be reversed automatically by your bank or Razorpay within 5–7 business days. If not resolved within this period, please write to me with your transaction details and I will coordinate with Razorpay on your behalf.
